Key2weight has three simple but very effective weight loss programmes that will help you lose weight quickly, safely and help you change your life for the long term. Then when you’ve reached your weight loss goal a maintenance programme will re-introduce all conventional foods gradually back into your diet.

All four programmes use nutritionally complete food packs alongside a low carbohydrate meal to ensure you stay healthy whilst you lose pounds.

So dependent on what your BMI is a programme has been recommended, however ultimately it is your choice because only you know what will suit you best. Our four weight loss programmes are designed to change your future and help you maintain a healthy balanced life. The key to your success is to choose the programme that is right for you and meets your individual needs. Each programme uses Key2weight nutritious tasty meal replacement food packs to help you lose weight fast and safely so that you reach your desired goal as quickly as possible.

Total Balance

Suitable for people who have approximately 3 stone or more to lose, and have a BMI greater than 30, this programme is ideal for clients who want a fast way of losing weight. The concept behind this programme is to remove conventional food totally from your diet allowing you to break poor eating habits and gain awareness of your previous eating behaviour.
  • Easy to follow weight loss programme
  • Drink when thirsty, approx 2-3 litres of water per day
  • Replace all conventional food with nutritionally balanced meal replacement food packs for 4 weeks
  • Week 5, each day replace a food pack with a low calorie meal
  • Continue this 5 week programme until you reach your goal

  • Feel energetic and have a sense of well being

Social Balance

Don’t feel like you are not able to socialise. This programme is ideal for those people who want to use the convenience of the food packs and bars during the week, but enjoy a relaxing weekend following a low calorie diet.
  • Ideal for people who have a BMI of 25 or more
  • Mon–Thurs: 4 food packs/ bars per day
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 2 soups/shakes plus bar and enjoy a healthy low calorie meal
  • Drink when thirsty, approx 2-3 litres of water throughout the day

Family Balance

Maintain Balance
